By placing an order with Minna Blooms, either via telephone or on our website minnablooms.co.uk, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Our Items:
- Minna Blooms' items are individually handcrafted from natural, everlasting flowers, ensuring uniqueness for each customer.
- While exact replicas of items and images cannot be created, we strive to match the design and colors of everlasting flowers you've ordered.
- Availability of flowers and colors is subject to change, and substitutions may occur with equal or greater value.
Deliveries:
- Orders are dispatched within 14 - 21 days. Deliveries are handled by third-party couriers, and specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
- Upon order placement, you'll receive a confirmation email with order details. Please review and verify all information promptly. Check your junk email folder if you don't receive our confirmation within 24 hours. Contact us at chloe@minnablooms.co.uk if needed.
- We aim to deliver to the address provided during checkout. Ensure complete shipping details are provided (e.g., flat number, postcode, street address, town). We do not deliver to PO boxes, army bases, or airport terminals.
- Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scotland, Islands, and remote areas may take longer and incur additional charges.
- We're not responsible for delivery failures due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information, including postcodes. It's the customer's responsibility to ensure accurate order and shipping details.
- Signed deliveries serve as proof of successful delivery to the customer or recipient.
- Customers are responsible for notifying recipients of item deliveries.
- We're not liable for items left in specified 'safe places' or if deliveries are unsuccessful due to no fault of our own.
- Refunds for undelivered items due to customer unavailability or refusal to accept the item are at our discretion.
- Customers bear costs for item returns within the statutory cooling-off period. We cover delivery costs for damaged/defective items.
- If your item is damaged during transit, provide photographic evidence for a replacement.
- Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the specified delivery date by emailing chloe@minnablooms.co.uk with your order number and reason for cancellation.
- Once orders are dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted due to the fragile nature of our products.
Changes to Your Order:
- Changes can be made to orders with reasonable notice up to 48 hours before dispatch. Email chloe@minnablooms.co.uk with your order number for any changes.
Refunds:
- Due to the perishable and fragile nature of our items, complaints, returns, and refunds are handled case by case.
- Agreed returns must be made within 30 days from receipt, and refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Provide photographic evidence of product quality issues within 24 hours of receipt for evaluation.
General:
