Placing an Order

When you place an order with Minna Blooms via telephone or our website minnablooms.co.uk, you acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions.

Our Items

Minna Blooms creates hand-crafted arrangements using natural, everlasting flowers, ensuring each piece is unique. While we strive to match the design and colors you’ve ordered, exact replicas are not possible. All items and colors are subject to availability and may be substituted with flowers of equal or greater value.

Refunds

Due to the delicate nature of Minna Blooms items, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. This does not affect your statutory rights. If agreed, products can be returned within 30 days of receipt, and refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. To assess any complaints about product quality, please send photographic evidence to chloe@minnablooms.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your order.
